Axion Rentals - Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions govern the rental of products and services from Axion Rentals ("Company"). These terms apply exclusively to rentals within Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Terms for locations outside Riyadh may vary and are subject to separate agreements.

2. Rental Period The rental rates are charged on a per day basis, calculated for up to 24 hours from the time of delivery as documented in the delivery slip provided at the time of delivery. Each day is counted as one calendar day.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices listed are subject to change without prior notice unless an order has been confirmed and reserved.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT as per the current Saudi VAT regulations.
• Payment for rentals can be made through the website as per the instructions provided or by contacting our customer service. Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash. Customers with established charge accounts may use these for payment.
• Full payment of the invoice amount is required to reserve and confirm inventory.

4. Deposits

• A refundable security deposit of 25-50% of the total invoiced amount is required at the time of booking to cover potential damages or loss of products.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Once an order is confirmed, customers agree to the quality and condition of the product as is. No refunds will be issued for cancellations of confirmed orders.
• No refunds will be issued for unused items.
• Custom orders or special event-driven purchases require payment in full at the time of reservation and are non-refundable.

6. Delivery and Collection

• The responsibility for the equipment rests with the customer from the time of delivery until the time of return. Customers must ensure that all items are secured and protected, especially from adverse weather conditions, when not in use.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide safe access and handling for delivery and collection of the items.

7. Equipment Use and Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for the proper use and maintenance of rented items during the rental period. Any damage or loss due to negligence or improper use will be charged to the customer.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• Axion Rentals reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions regularly to ensure compliance.

9. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
